The Woman’s Clinic offers advanced testing for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) to help you take care of your sexual wellness. STD testing is especially beneficial as part of your preventive care to protect your reproductive health and general health. Some sexually transmitted diseases don’t exhibit any symptoms and are detected only through an STD test. Some STD scan lead to infertility and other health complications if left untreated, and some are transmittable without sexual contact.

If you have been exposed to any of the following, you may need testing:

·      Trichomonas

·      Gonorrhea

·      Chlamydia

·      Hepatitis B & C

·      HIV

·      Herpes Simplex Virus 1 & 2

·      Syphilis
